Vivitar Announces Release of 3D Cameras

  Vivitar has announced the release of a 3D digital camera, the ViviCam VT135, and a 3D video camera, the DVR 790HD.

The slim ViviCam VT135 has 12.1 megapixel resolution and allows you to take and view photographs in 3D. The camera includes a 5x digital zoom, a 2.7-inch diagonal LCD screen and anti-shake as well as red eye reduction tools. Plus, the ViviCam T132 is Wi-Fi enabled, letting you upload pictures wirelessly to Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook. The camera can use an SDHC memory card with up to 32GB of storage. It runs on a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and comes in eight colors.


The DVR 790HD camcorder has 5.1 megapixel resolution, 4x digital zoom, a 2.7 inch diagonal LCD screen and an HDMI port for connecting to an HD TV. The camera can use an SDHC memory card with up to 32GB of storage. It runs on a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and comes in five colors.
